If you met our family of Australian Shepherds you would instantly understand.
Australian Shepherds are typically born with no tails or if anything just a short stub. When they want to show excitement about something their whole back ends wriggle with enthusiasm.
Hence the nickname ‘Wiggle Butts’.
Australian Shepherds are very intelligent dogs. They have a tremendous work ethic and love having a job to do. They are also incredible problem solvers. They take great pleasure in pleasing their owners.
