To protect ourselves and our customers from fraud, you must obtain an RMA # before returning any product to our store or we cannot process a refund. You can get an RMA # here. Items must be shipped back to us in new, unused condition. They must be packaged to protect them from damage during shipment. Items that are received damaged or used will not be refunded or exchanged.
Once an RMA has been issued, the customer has 15 days to return the product. Returned items that are not received within 15 days will NO LONGER be eligible for a refund.
We cannot issue a refund for any personalized products, including engraved products, special sizes, personalization including names, dates, and messages, once the proof has been approved. (Unless there is a proven defect or misprint on our part). In these incidents, we will issue a store credit.
Once you have applied for an RMA # you will be sent an address to ship the product back to. We will refund shipping costs to you. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs back to our facility. If you paid via PayPal account, we will refund to that account. If you have paid by credit card, we will issue a refund to that card.
For your protection, please track your return package.
Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue in the way that best satisfies you. Please always communicate your concerns to us or contact us with questions before your purchase. We are very happy to assist.

Wiggle Butt Design takes possession of unclaimed, unauthorized product returns after 60 days
Wiggle Butt Design does not accept COD returns
STORE CREDIT: Store credit issued from making a return is valid for one year from the issue date. Following the expiration date, store credit balances are automatically deactivated.
