Refund Policy

To protect ourselves and our customers from fraud you must obtain a RMA # before returning any product to our store or we cannot process a refund. You can get a RMA # here. Items must be shipped back to us in new, unused condition. They must be packaged to protect them from damage during shipment. Items that are received damaged or used will not be refunded or exchanged.

Once an RMA has been issued the customer has 15 days to return the product. Returned items that are not received within 15 days will NO LONGER be eligible for a refund.

We cannot issue a refund for any personalized products, including photo engraved jewelry, special sizes, personalization including names, dates and messages and promotional items once the proof has been approved. (Unless there is a proven defect or misprint on our part). In these incidences we will issue a store credit.

*** Orders that are to be customized with photos or text (i.e. grave markers, shirts, photo tiles etc) must be accompanied with the photo or text when purchased. We will attempt to contact buyers 3 times via conversation and email to obtain photos and text. After 3 attempts the order will be placed on hold indefinitely. There will be NO Refund issued on  orders that do not submit the appropriate information (i.e. photos and/or text that comply with the specifications listed in the items description)  within 7 days of purchase.

Once you have applied for a RMA # you will be sent an address to ship the product back to. We will refund shipping costs to you. However , you are responsible for the return shipping costs back to our facility. If you paid via PayPal account we will refund to that account. If you have paid by credit card we will send you a refund check to the address on record.

For your protection please track your return package.

Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order we will do everything we can to resolve the issue in the way that best satisfies you. Please always communicate your concerns to us or contact us with questions prior to your purchase. We are very happy to assist.

Return Request Deadlines (after delivery)
Damaged in transit: 48 hours
Voluntary returns: 7 days
Defective returns: 30 days
Mis-shipped goods: 3 days

Fees

Non-Defective Merchandise: 25% Re-Stock Fee in some cases and on ALL items that include a charitable donation

Unauthorized, Refused, and Undeliverable Returns subject to related shipping and re-stock fees

Wiggle Butt Design takes possession of unclaimed, unauthorized product returns after 60 days.

Wiggle Butt Design reserves the right to use photos and digital images that are sent to use voluntarily but not associated with a customers order in our designs and marketing campaigns.

Wiggle Butt Design does not accept COD returns

STORE CREDIT: Store credit issued from making a return is valid for one year from the issue date. Following the expiration date, store credit balances are automatically deactivated.
